Responsibilities
-
Run practices and matches (or assist) for one of our middle/elementary school club tennis teams.
-
1-1.5 hour practices twice per week, 1 match per week, after school.

Around 4-6 hours per week per team
-
Can coach up to 2 teams (1 Middle, 1 Elementary) if desired.

Teach the basics of tennis technique and match play (we provide the curriculum and equipment).

Rank players according to ability and develop the team roster for matches.

Communicate with parents and players, giving updates and announcements on schedules, progress, etc.

Ensure a fun and safe environment for all the kids.
Qualifications
-
Tennis Playing experience
-
Love for tennis and helping kids
-
Previous coaching experience not necessary but a plus
-
Ability to get to and from practices and matches
-
Available during the after school hours
-
Able to work well with kids
-
Fun and energetic personality a definite plus!
